We are Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity. We stop at nothing to help give seriously ill children childhoods that are fuller, funner and longer. Because we believe no childhood should be lost to illness.

Story

Hi

My name is Louis George I have been best friends with William Low since I was 4 when we met in primary school

Sadly, when Will was nearly 6 years old, he was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumour. He had surgery, radio therapy and chemo therapy over the following year and a half. He was then really well for 8 years :)

Unfortunately, this summer, at the age of 13, a MRI scans showed that his disease had come back. This is extremely rare. William has now had more brain surgery and chemo then is due radio therapy and a bone marrow stem cell transplant in the New Year

My friend William has lost his hair again and has a very big challenge ahead! I kept on thinking, what I could to help? I know seeing each other a lot is important but I just wanted to do more. . .

So I have decided to shave my hair off - just like his and raise as much money as I can for Great Ormond Street Hospital, who are doing their best to find the best treatment for him

Please give to Great Ormond Street Hospital and support me with my event, friend William and other kids like him. Great Ormond Street Hospital needs money for amazing things to happen.

It is a horrible thing to happen to anyone, especially your best friend!
