Some of you like me and some of you don't.  For those who do, please support my madness  in joining this challenging and ridiculous event and hopefully feeling proud of myself afterwards

For those who don't, isn't it worth a couple of quid to see me get half drowned in mud, dunked in ice, swing like a monkey, get electrocuted and feel like I've had my arse thoroughly kicked over the finishing line?

I will be joining around 20 other like minded folk, going by the name 'Crazy Mudders' and we are each running for our favourite charity.  Mine is Help for Heroes, which is also the charity that Tough Mudder supports.

Please give generously, all  of the charities that the Crazies are running for do amazing things to help people in the world.
