I'm going to be running the Llanelli half marathon in March, and I'm raising money for my chosen charity which is the Hughes Syndrome Foundation charity. They do fantastic work for helping raise awareness of Hughes Syndrome (also known as APS), and provide information to those who suffer with this autoimmune disease. 

It is very close to my heart, as I have Hughes Syndrome, and this was discovered after I was unfortunate to have a blot clot in my brain at the age of 20, which changed my life and also put me into intensive care. The blood clot was caused by Hughes Syndrome, which I had never heard of prior to being ill.

Not enough people know about this condition, and it can have catastrophic affects, and it is also the main cause of miscarriages. 

I would really appreciate it if you could take time to visit the Hughes Syndrome Foundation website, and also help with raising awareness and donating to my half marathon.
