We rebuild lives affected by cancer to help children rediscover their childhood

Story

Hi all,

I have the privilege of running the London Run To The Beat Half Marathon for the Barretstown Charity.

Barretstown rebuilds the lives of children affected by serious illness, and their families, through a life changing Therapeutic Recreation programme in a safe, fun and supportive environment.

They understand that every so often a sick child just needs to be a child, which is why fun is a core element of their life changing programmes.

They help children affected by serious illnesses - primarily cancer and serious blood diseases - from Ireland, Britain and throughout Europe, and their families.

Please help me raise money for this amazing charity by sponsoring me to finish the 13 miles. It doesn’t matter how big or small, any amount is truly appreciated.

Thank you so much in advance,

Lou.xx
