Esme means “to love” and in the end that’s all Esme needed to live a happy life. Love healed her heart too. 

We want to thank the medical and support professionals at Northwick Park Hospital and their trust hospitals that played a part in Esme’s life journey and treated her like a person that has a heart and soul regardless of her life limiting Edward’s Syndrome condition.

It’s not how long you live that matters, it is what you do with your life that counts and Esme certainly showed us the power of love.
