I completed the BUPA London 10k for Rethink on May 31st, but it's not too late to contribute! Thank you to those who have already given their support.

I have exceeded my target of raising £300, which I'm really pleased about, but it doesn't stop there and the more money I can raise the better.

Rethink is the main charity for those suffering from severe mental illnesses and it helps them to recoup a better quality of life. Rethink works hard to eliminate the stigma attached to mental illness and provide those who suffer from it with a support network. There's a lot your donation can do, from £1 to cover an email briefing to a local MP, to £5,000, that can pay for over 300 calls to Rethink's advice and support service.

Your money goes directly to Rethink and Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation. It's the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

The BUPA London 10k was the first charity race I've done. I really enjoyed it and it will be the first of many. I am already planning my next challenge so watch this space!
