It's often you sit and ponder what you can do to support those less fortunate and stop calamities from befalling individuals in third world countries. A few years ago I was blessed to be part of #teamorangeluton and visited Gambia with the Penny Appeal team to see and experience first hand third world countries and how desperate these people are with shocking living conditions. Since my trip my life has changed, not just words out of my mouth but literally changed! I question small things like a dripping tap or food being left over in a plate! 

I am hoping you can support me in my trek which will take us 7 days. I am hoping to make a difference in families and generations to come.
