Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

The drought in East Africa is having such a devastating impact , we have organised an event on Sept 13th to raise much needed money for the DEC who are working to raise vital funds for 14th international charities, all working so hard, with the brave  people in East Africa, struggling to feed their families and keep their animals alive - in the face of the worst drought in 60 years.I hope you can help by coming to our event or by making a donation though Just Giving.

Your donation will be used to provide vital medical help,urgently needed food and will to help build long term resiliance for all those people struggling to survive in such dificult circumstances

At times of overseas emergency, the DEC brings together a unique alliance of the UK's aid, corporate, public and broadcasting sectors to rally the nation's compassion, and ensure that funds raised go to DEC agencies best placed to deliver effective and timely relief to people most in need.
