Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I am doing a tandem Skydive in April 2011 in aid of my husbands charity Parkinson's UK.

As you may or may not know,  Ken was diagonosed with Parkinson's disease in his late 40's and has been supported by the charity since his diagonsis. Its a worth while cause and one that I am proud to be supporting whilst forfilling one of my life goals to experience skydiving.  This came about when I came across the advertisment in the Parkinson's monthly magazine.  I immediatley knew I wanted to do this to support Ken's charity without hesitation.

Please give generously, I know that it is hard times for us all  However if you can find it in your hearts to dig deep to support an awesome cause and one that's very close to our family, I will be very grateful.  We'll make sure we post photo's and a video if possible of the experience so you can ensure I do as I promise.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

  Thankyou Very Much Lynne :)

Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.
