I’m lacing up my boots for my biggest challenge yet! 

The Welsh 3 Peaks - Snowdon, Cader Idris and Pen Y Fan in 24hrs on Thursday March 25th. 

I joined the Boot Camp/ Walking group 6 months ago and have made some lifelong friends and would really like to contribute back to the wonderful work the Signposted Cymru team provide.

We have worked so hard in preparation for the Welsh 3 Peaks and anything you could donate would be so gratefully appreciated. 

Signposted Cymru are based at Cynon Linc, Aberdare. They offer Initial and immediate intervention for individuals struggling, suffering and needing support with mental health and well-being issues. Pop in and say hello, no appointment needed.
