Story

As we all know, this year has been really difficult for charities. For our designated charity O2e it has meant the cancellation of Big Kevs Ride from Dunkirk to Amsterdam.

In an attempt to make a difference this year the Liverpool section  of Team Skelly (aka 'The Blundell Club') has decided to undertake a tower to tower tour from London to Liverpool. We will be covering over 300 miles over 4 days in mid September. For some of the team, this will be their first charity bike ride, so its going to be a huge undertaking for them (aswell as the rest of us!). The team so far consists of:

  • Paul Jones
  • Andy Moore
  • Ryan Crosbie
  • Rob Laycock
  • Jason Barton
  • Steve Hadfield
  • Tim McPhee
  • Fred Weindling

As always, we are riding in memory of our wonderful Paul Skelly. Paul's untimely death spurred us on to take up where he left off. Paul was passionate about cycling and a massive fundraiser for O2e, a charity that helps so many deserving children. The training is in full swing and the fundraising begins. Please help by donating, no matter how small, every £1 donated goes directly to the charity.

If you dont already know, 100% of the donations go straight to making a difference in the lives of the extraordinary children we help.Support us and help O2e crash through a total of £2.5m raised since inception and help their nominated worthwhile Children's charities.
