The race is run.....a not too unrespectable 4 hours and 34 minutes .....

It's all my brother's fault - a challenge from a younger sibling to beat his marathon time last Christmas - well how could I refuse.  Slightly concerned that I have not yet managed more than 18 miles, prefer to run solo (no crowds), have only trained in hail and rain (no sun!) and have not yet met "the wall" but Rob's time is 5 hours 23 mins - it's in the bag little brother!!!

 

Educaid is a registered charity set up by our Uni friends which runs schools in Sierra Leone providing free education - £10 pays for food and education for one student for a month.
