Story

May this message finds you all in good health. InshAllah. Ameen.

In our daily life we indulge in various luxuries whether its our home, furnishings, a new car, best food, branded clothing, travels and holidays. We do it sometimes unintentionally without realising that we are wasting thousands of pounds which could be better spent somewhere else.

I narrate to you an incident of Hazrat Ch. Zafrullah Khan sahib (ra). Whenever he visited London he used to walk from Putney Station to Fazl Mosque. He was a person who could afford to hire a taxi but he walked, someone asked him why you do not avail yourself of these comforts in life. He replied that the £1 I will save today will be more than enough to provide for education of a young boy in Pakistan. How many of us think like this?

With this I would like to turn your attention towards a noble cause:

Huzoor Anwar (aba) has instructed MKA UK to raise £60,000 for the first phase of Masroor International Technical College in Burkina Faso. It is indeed Huzoor’s (aba) affection and kindness for MKA UK that He has entrusted us with raising funds towards this project.

The total cost of the project is £350,000, the first phase requires £120,000 of which £60,000 is allocated to MKA UK.

Think of this as Sadqa Jariya (an everlasting Sadqa), those that will study there many will contribute to the society and the college will remain for many 100s of years. And will be source of blessings for you and your children. With this in mind it is my humble request and appeal to everyone that all of us come together to collect funds for the first phase. We should be ready for the second phase as well and it would be our heartfelt desire to take part in the blessings again once we have reached £60,000.
