We provide expert care and support to young people with cancer

Story

Now in it's 11th year, March of the Mods have raised hundred's of thousands
of pounds to support young people facing cancer through mod events staged
across the UK. The money raised has played a huge part in transforming the
lives of these young people and their families.

This year we are doing it all over again, getting us a step
closer to our £1 million target by 2024 for this incredible charity. We know we
can do it, but not without the support of everyone involved.

For over 30 years Teenage Cancer Trust has worked in
partnership with the NHS to create cancer services for teenagers and young
adults across the UK. They’ve built a network of 28 age-appropriate hospital
wards and funded a dedicated team of over 100 nurses and youth support
coordinators, who are experts in meeting the unique and complex needs of 13-24
yr olds with cancer.

Teenage Cancer Trust has a specialist unit in almost every
major NHS cancer treatment hospital across England, where they fund expert
nurses, Youth Support Coordinators and Multidisciplinary Team Coordinators to
provide the very best care and support for young people facing cancer. They
fund specialist outreach nurses who work regionally across the country, helping
make sure every young person with cancer has access to expert care, no matter
where they are.

March of the Mods supports Teenage Cancer Trust because of
the great work they do in supporting young people facing cancer as well as
their impressive music reputation. The charity has patrons such as mod icon
Roger Daltrey and Paul Weller, which is driving force as to why the MOTM
community get behind the charity. Please give generously. Thank you.
