Hey there family/friends,

So as you know on the 31st of August is my birthday. To spice 🌶 it up this year, I’m going to ask for support towards a special project as my gift. Samarpan UK are constructing a meditation centre (Gurushaktidham) near Leicester, which will be free for all. I’ve been connected with Samarpan Meditation since 2004 and actively involved with them from this time.

About the charity

The aim of the Trust is to spread the joy of Samarpan Meditation free of charge to people from all walks of life through workshops, retreats, introductory sessions and meditation in centres in the UK. We also help businesses manage staff well-being through meditation. Help us to further this cause
