Story

On the 1st of October I will be travelling to Tanzania with the Co-operation Ireland team to trek to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro, in support of the charity's peace-building work. At 5,895 metres, Kilimanjaro is Africa's highest mountain, a demanding challenge both physically and mentally.

Co-operation Ireland is a peace-building charity, working with communities throughout Ireland, both North and South, to foster and nurture the peace which has been achieved at a political level. Some of the most important work is done with young people through schools, youth groups and community projects, helping them build a brighter future for themselves and their families. This year the charity celebrated 30 years building peace and with your help and support, Co-operation Ireland can continue it's great work in the future.

Any amount of sponsorship would be greatly appreciated.

Maeve
