I am planning to sail from sunrise to sunset (with some breaks in between!) - the aim is to do 200 gybes [For the many who have asked a gybe involves turning the board by going around the back - opposite to a tack and more difficult!]  so hopefully I won't get too dizzy or wet.  This is all for a great charity whch promotes research into cancer and cancer prevention and all the fundraising is done via watersports activities.  It was set up by my friend Dave who despite cancer lumps making life more than difficult always has a smile on his face..........................an inspiration to us all...........especially when you're having a bad day!
