By going to the macular support group meetings I saw people worse than me and how they coped. With their support it helped stop me being frightened of loosing my sight. We meet in Weymouth Angling Club on the second Thursday of every month 2-4pm. We have speakers that give us a lot of help and advice.

The Macular Society need money to keep these groups going and I am so grateful to my group for the help I get that I am giving 50% of all the money I collect to my Weymouth group directly and 50% to the national Macular Society.
