Sergeant Jacky Manuel (Manny) aged 38 was a veteran of almost evey theatre the Royal Marines Commandos have operated in these past two decades, notably Iraq ,Kosovo and Afghanistan. He was hugely popular-with his mischievious sense of humour with a dedication and professional manner that was second to none.

" Jacky you are deep in our hearts and sorely missed but never forgotton".

If tears could build a stairway

                                                                and memeories a lane

we would walk right up to heaven

and bring our Jacky home again.

If you would like to pay your respects to Manny and comrades, please donate to the Royal Marines Benevolent Fund all proceeds will go to those soldiers who have returned with life changing injuries.
