On June 20, a group of us will be embarking on a mammoth 700km, five-day ride across the for charity (you can read more about the route here - http://lesveloistesgentils.wordpress.com/2010/01/13/gulp/ )

The charity I’ve chosen to support for the challenge is The Stroke Association.  Anyone who has seen the life of a friend or relative transformed overnight by a stroke, will know just how debilitating it can be and what a huge impact it can have on the whole family.

The Stroke Association funds research into prevention, treatment and better methods of rehabilitation, and helps stroke patients and their families directly through its Life After Stroke Services.
