I am competing in Tough Mudder July 12th 2014 on behalf of The Chris Cox Sunflower Fund for Epilepsy Action. Chris was a colleague of mine who sadly passed away so we are trying to raise as much money as possible for this fantastic charity. Please be generous for this great cause.
