On 3rd December 2019 I had a heart attack. 

It was a very scary time and had an impact on almost every area of my life. Thanks to the Cardiac Rehabilitation sessions that Hereford County Hospital provided I met people who had been through similar to me, we compared "heart attack" stories and supported each other. The sessions also gave me the confidence to move....I went back to Parkrun and starting taking part in excercise classes again. 

I can't imagine how much more difficult I would have found this process without the support of Hereford Cardiac Rehabilitation Department at Hereford County Hospital. I am truly thankful for this service and would like to help it to continue for others.
