I'm working for a charity at the moment and we are gearing up for a 3000mile bike ride across the USA. 

In just 14 days 12 men will ride in a continuous relay from the East to West coast of America in order to promote awareness and raise vital funds.  Money raised will help support members of the Princess of Wales's Royal Regiment both past and present.

Owing to the fact that I'm not allowed stabilisers, I will not be taking part, however I would like to support in the fundraising side of things. To that end on the 5th July I am going to run a fundraising sports day... yes thats right, sports day! Two words that I bet you didn't think I'd say.
