Right. The London Marathon is in less than 3 days. Being super organised I've only tonight got around to setting up my JustGiving page. I'm doing it for the British Heart Foundation which is a charity close to mine and my family's heart (cue laughter). I know that there are loads of worthy charities but if you can give just a little I would be very grateful. I usually get a bit emotional watching the marathon so I still can't believe I'll be getting involved in it myself this year. Most importantly, if I don't do it under 4 hours I'll personally give everybody back double what they donate.

That last bit isn't true. But I do promise anybody who comes to Clerkenwell after the run that I'll buy them a drink. I'll be the bloke in the corner inhaling pies and beer.
