Once again I will be running in the London 10k to raise much needed funds for Edward's Trust. A Midlands Charity that supports bereaved children and parents. The work that they do really is life changing so please give as much as you can afford. Every penny does help. Now that Steph has stopped smoking (she really should have got sponsored to do that!!) I am hoping that she will be fit enough to do it with me next year.
