As you know Al's wife, Fin's mum and our friend died earlier this year.  Far too early.  In her final weeks she stayed at St John's Hospice where she received the most beautiful care.  I spent the final week with Al and Natasha and was awe struck by the beauty and care shown by the people who worked there.  They treat dying with the same reverence and love that we generally associate with happier events.  Their kindness and support made an unbearable loss a very beautiful and life-full experience.

Al and I are running to support them and to show our gratitude for their amazing work.  We would love any donation you are able to give.
