Vitalise is a national charity providing short breaks (respite care) and other services for disabled people, visually impaired people, and carers. 

They offer inspirational opportunities for volunteers through one of the largest, most diverse volunteer programmes in the UK. The charities brilliant work really impressed and moved me to do something to help in some way.

So please sponsor me as much or as little as you can to help keep Vitalise brilliant work going and I will do everything I can to represent them well by running the thirteen and half miles on Sunday 26th September!
