I will be taking part in the First Brighton Marathon on Sunday 18th April 2010.

 

As you may or may not know, Help For Heroes is a charity very close to my heart as my Grandfather served his Country in the Parachute Regiment of the Army and my Dad spent 25 years in the RAF.

 

Each year, on 11th November, we remember those that have passed from the World Wars.

Our young men and women of today are facing different challenges in the war against terrorism but they show the same courage, humour and determination that their forefathers did.

The Boys and Girls of our Armed Forces are the Heroes of today, they are making sacrifices and they stand side by side with all those who have fought to safeguard our country in all the conflicts.
