Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. In September I am undertaking a trail running marathon at altitude along the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. 'It all sounds lovely' I hear you say. At over 8000 feet, the North Rim is rough country and we have to carry a pack with emergency food, shelter and water for the arduous, off-road 26 and a bit miles.

To make all the pain worthwhile I am hoping to raise a minimum of £4000 for the children's charity, One 4 Kids. In reality I would like to raise far more than this and this is where you come in. PLEASE, PLEASE donate as much as you can to make a difference to children in Tanzania where we hope to build an orphanage. Oh, by the way, EVERY penny donated goes to charity. This is not a jolly where some of the sponsorship money is used to cover my costs. Every penny I raise will go to good causes.
