I'm taking part in a number of events as training towards the Wales Ironman in Tenby in September.  

I took part in the Newport Marathon in April, and next up will be the Velothon Wales in July and the London Triathlon in August in the lead up to Ironman Wales on September 9. 

I'd be grateful for any sponsorship for this race, which will go towards my fundraising for all three charities – Marie Curie, Bloodwise and Believe.  

At its Cardiff and the Vale Hospice, Marie Curie provides round-the-clock expert end of life care and support to people living with a terminal illness, and their families.  The charity's Nursing Service also provides support to those wanting to remain at home.
