During the May bank holiday this year, I will be doing the Coast 2 Coast bike ride with some friends. We will be starting in Whitehaven on the Friday morning and cycling for 3 days finishing in Sunderland. This is about 140miles and if I still have any energy left I will try and cycle back to my home town of Seaton Carew.

Any sponsorship I get will be going to the Support Your Bowel charity 'musicVcancer' which is a great charity that I have been involved with during the last year or so. The charity founder, Tony Larkin, orgainises excellent live accoustic music nights which sees artists from across the country coming together with local musicians for a great night of music.
