Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am running the Great South Run on 24 October 2010 and I'm hoping to raise loads of cash for the Rainbow Centre in Fareham.

The Centre was established in 1990 and helps children with motor impairment learn to overcome their difficulties using a system of learning called Conductive Education.

The Centre provides for young children, sometimes as young as six months, working comprehensively with them in small groups.

I have seen the excellent work they do through my involvement in the Hampshire Hackers Charity Golf Day over a few years.  The Rainbow Centre receives no funding from central government and relies on the time given by volunteers and the generosity of the public.

My target is £750 so please dig deep for this very worthwhile cause.

Thanks!
Mark
