Hi all, Myself and Jamie are raising money for the Stroke Association in memory of my dad, who sadly passed away after suffering a massive stroke in 2010. We will be riding 55 miles in the Thames Bridges Bike Ride on 12th May.  This is a cause very close to my heart...so please please give all you can to help fund research to prevent strokes and ensure people make the best recovery they can after suffering one.
