Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
My challenge is to run a 1000km in 2014, basically 20km every week for the whole year. I'll be running 2-3 times every week and the km's ran for a week must total at least 20km.If i run more than 20km in a week the extra will be written off and won't count to the 1000km target, meaning i can't finish the challenge early and will definately be running for the whole year. I will keep this page updated with my progress each week and i'm using the Nike GPS running app to monitor the distance and time ran, so i'll run every metre.
