Members of Origin Gym are going to undertake a 10km sandbag and ‘worm’ carry for Worldwide Radiology. For those of you who don’t know what the worm is, it’s a 120kg sandbag designed for four people to carry on their shoulders. We’re going to have two teams of between 6-8 people and they will be walking 5km carrying the worm as a team and 5km carrying sandbags equal to a weight of 120kg.

Normally when we have to carry these for 15 minute sessions we struggle and there are lots of complaints so 3-4 hours of carrying them will be unbelievably tough. Hopefully you’ll support us for such an amazing grass roots charity.
