Martin (Marty) Lowe, of Shankill, Co. Dublin, passed away suddenly at home on 19th November 2020.  He was taken far too soon at just 28 years old.

Marty was loved by all!

He had a kind heart and all he wanted was to make sure everyone was in high spirits. He was the life of the party from the moment he walked in the door and touched many hearts all around the world. 

From his adventures in Australia and all his close friends in Dublin, Ireland he loved us all. But also carried his demons with him. With the outbreak of COVID-19, it became a lot harder for Marty to get the help he needed. 

Marty was in the process of working out his problems. He took the steps to help rid him of his demons but with the tightening of restrictions, it became even harder for Marty to get help, and ultimately paid the highest price.

We as his friends wanted to set up this page to raise much-needed vital funds for Aware. Aware undertakes to create a society where people affected by stress, depression, bipolar disorder, and mood-related conditions are understood, supported, free from stigma, and are encouraged to access appropriate therapies.
