I am running in the Jane Tomlinson's Leeds 10k run on the 4th July on behalf of MacMillan cancer research.

This charity is close to my heart as my wife is currently fighting secondary cancer after having beaten breast cancer 3 years ago and she is an inspiration to me, my family and friends and anyone who meets and talks to her.

I am going to attempt to run 10k for the first time in many years and hope to try and do it in under 50 minutes which is a good target for someone of my advancing years :-)

I hope you can donate as much as you can and many thanks for you support.
