Thank you very much for logging on to our page :)  For the last few months, Martina and I have been training hard, clocking up those miles, so that we can complete the Prague Marathon challenge on Sunday 9th May and, by doing so, hopefully raise lots of money to help Great Ormond Street Hospital's charity. 

For those of you unfamiliar with this charity, its mission is to enable Great Ormond Street Hospital to provide world-class care to its young patients and their families and to pioneer new treatments and cures for childhood illnesses.  The donations received by the charity:

Provide Accommodation for families who travel from all parts of the UK so their children can be cared for at the hospital.

Replace some of their very old equipment and, by making new purchases, continue to improve the treatment they offer.

Fund important and ground-breaking research to find new cures and ways of reducing the unpleasant side effects of some treatments.
