Okay - the bald truth is that I am old, unfit and scared.  However, I am taking on this fantastic challenge in order to raise money for the Mitchemp Trust, which gives young people the hope, confidence and life skills to meet the challenges in their lives and together build trust and motivation through a journey of experience, adventure and fun.
