So I've wanted to do something for charity for a long time so i applied for the Great North Run not really expecting to get in and not knowing which charity to run for.

Anyways I got an email one day in the not to distant past saying I was successful, around the same time my granddad started to develop the early stages of dementia. Its a horrible thing to see. So it only seemed fitting that i run for a charity like The Alzheimer Society.

I have set myself the target of £500 so man up and give me some cash!
