I will be participating in the  British 10k, taking place in London on the 21st July 2019. I will be running g the 10k with the Penny Appeal team to help them raise funds and support them in their emergency response operations.

The funds that I raise will go towards Penny Appeals Emergency Respone programme to help countries during a crisis such as war, famine, disease, poverty & climate change in communities such as Myanmar, Syria, Yemen, Gaza, Indonesia  and East Africa.
