On 27th June Mash and Dave will be in France taking part in Iron Man - one of the most demanding and gruelling triathlons in the world.

They aim to complete a 2.5 mile swim, followed by a 112 mile cycle through the French Pyrenees to finish with the equivalent of the London marathon 26 mile run, all under the hot summer sun (French summer not UK!).

No, they're not completely bonkers, they are dedicating the preceding 10 months to training in preparation for this mammoth task and we want your money, either a little or a lot, as all donations will go to the very worthy cause of Llanberis Mountain Rescue Team in loving memory of Chris and James MacCallion.
