Dear All

As you may know, I was dragged into getting fit for the Blenheim Triathlon in June and the TRi for - Life in September by Andrew (my bestman). Whilst the overall objective is to get to the finish line (Andrew actually had to learn how to swim...) we thought we should be raising money for charity. Leukemia is an illness that has touched many of us by hitting friends or relatives so please donate as much as you can.

I am happy to take on incentivised structures such as ratchets on time for which you will have to e-mail me separately.

I will then let you know how I have done on the day and hopefully hit the targets you set me.
