Advanced's half marathon team features 5 athletes and Matt Ludlam, who wasn't quick enough to think of an excuse to get out of it. Fingers crossed he's faster on the day!

All money will go to a very good cause and there's an excellent chance that Matt will collapse before he completes his section, ensuring funny pics and much hilarity (particularly from the other members of the team).
