Story
Alex went in for a complex but common procedure to correct facial spasms. Unfortunately the morning after the operation she had a server stroke which resulted in brain swelling. For the past few weeks Alex has been critical and under 24/7 observation. Today 22/7/19 Alex is no longer critical but is seriously unwell. She’s starting to communicate and has some weak movements. The journey for Alex’s recovery is going to be a long one... but if it wasn’t for the surgeons and caring medical staff she wouldn’t even be here now.
So I ask in the nicest possible way please make a donation as hospital and the especially the neuro critical care ward are amazing and you never know when you yourself may need them.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart
Matt
