Story

At the ripe old age of [ahem] I have volunteered to run once more in the London Marathon, on 25 April, to raise funds for NSPCC, a charity I've been involved in for many years.

Its been a bit of a touch and go decision to run this time (the last marathon I ran was in 2006) as my legs are not what they used to be and so I haven't exactly over trained.  As one of my partners commented last time - "Maurice's running is the triumph of determination over lack of preparation".

Still it's for an excellent cause.  If you would like to sponsor me you can do so via Justgiving or simply just drop me an email. There is a rather serious chance that my legs won't last out so you might want to pledge at this stage rather than donate!

Very best wishes

Maurice
