For one weekend only i'm going to embark on a terrifying activity weekend. We have to sleep in barrack blocks accommodation and in teams will be required to take part in activities including zip wire, camouflage and concealment and an army obstacle course.

Believe me, this is not my idea of fun but i'm taking part for a very special reason! I'm doing it to raise money for the charity 'One Can Make A Difference' (OCMAD) This is a fundraising project for action duchenne set up by some friends of ours Tracy and Tony Levene following the diagnosis of their son Joey.
