I have decided to run the 2024 London Marathon in support of the Lighthouse as its a great Charity supporting the industry I have worked in for the last 9 years. Having trained for the 2020 London Marathon but the event being cancelled due to Covid, when given the opportunity to finish what I started, especially for such an important charity I couldn't say no! (I must be crazy!!) So please dig deep & help me reach my target I will be forever grateful!

We provide a range of free pro-active resources to support the industry. Our free & confidential 24/7 Helpline & text HARDHAT service offers a range of information, guidance & support. These services are complemented by our free Self Support App. We receive no public funding so rely on the industry to 'support their own'.
