Mel wishes to show her appreciation to the staff at St Johns Hospice, who looked after Jay so brilliantly in his final days.Mel has requested donations to the hospice as opposed to floral tributes. We would love to raise in excess of £500 as this would provide the hospice with an extremely valuable contribution as it is currently undergoing major refurbishment.
