COMRADES,

Next April we are running the 2010 London Marathon for TY HAFAN.

We are so exited to be raising money for such a good cause - although the challenge of running 26.2 miles is daunting, it's nothing compared to the challenge faced everyday by thousands of children in Wales with life-limiting conditions (who are not expected to reach 19 years old).

That's why we are asking for YOUR HELP in reaching our £1,500 target for Ty Hafan.

So please dig deep, even a small amount will make a big difference.
